From a young age, my fascination with baking was ignited by my Mom's creations from the 'Joy of Cooking,' like Baked Alaska and Floating Island. The allure of the artistry and the joy of savoring our homemade treats captivated me. At 18, I enrolled in baking school, discovering a true passion for pastry arts that has fueled my journey ever since. Traveling the globe to learn from top instructors, I absorbed diverse techniques. In 2010, Le Gateau Bakeshop emerged as the culmination of my experiences, aiming to craft stunning, delectable cakes. Owning a bakery is my daily adventure, filled with unique challenges, successes, and the joy of meeting new people. I cherish the opportunity to create distinctive desserts that bring delight to every palate.
